Terms of Service

Last updated: February 19, 2026

1. Overview

PayzCore ("Company", "we", "us") provides a blockchain monitoring and payment notification platform ("Platform", "Services"). Our Platform monitors blockchain activity, derives watch-only addresses from user-provided xPub keys, detects incoming USDT and USDC transfers across TRC20, BEP20, ERC20, Polygon, and Arbitrum, and sends webhook notifications.

By creating an account, accessing our Platform, or using our Services, you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

2. Nature of Services

PayzCore is a blockchain monitoring software platform. We provide tools that read publicly available blockchain data and notify users of detected activity.

Important Disclaimers:

  • We are not a payment processor, payment gateway, money transmitter, payment institution, electronic money institution, or financial services provider of any kind.
  • We do not hold, transmit, custody, control, or manage funds, cryptocurrency, or any financial assets on behalf of any party.
  • We do not facilitate, process, initiate, authorize, or execute any financial transactions or transfers.
  • We do not collect any fees, commissions, or percentages from any transactions detected by our monitoring tools.
  • Our Platform operates in read-only / watch-only mode. It monitors publicly available blockchain data but has no ability to move, spend, or access any funds.
  • We do not have access to users' private keys and cannot initiate any blockchain transactions.
  • We do not provide investment advice, financial consulting, or any regulated financial activity.

Our revenue model is based solely on software subscription fees for access to our monitoring Platform. We charge a flat monthly fee for premium features. We do not take any cut, commission, or percentage of any transactions our Platform detects or monitors.

2.8 Static Address Modes

When using static wallet features (dedicated or pool address modes):

  • Address Assignment: PayzCore may assign your provided blockchain addresses to individual payment requests. This assignment is a convenience function — all addresses remain under your exclusive ownership and custody.
  • Micro-Amount Matching: In pool mode with micro-amount matching, PayzCore generates a unique expected payment amount by appending a small fractional suffix (e.g., $50.003 instead of $50.00). This suffix is used solely to disambiguate concurrent payments on the same address. It is not a fee, commission, or revenue collected by PayzCore. The entire transfer, including the micro-amount, goes directly to your merchant wallet.
  • Transaction Hash Verification: In pool mode with transaction ID matching, customers may submit their blockchain transaction hash for verification. PayzCore queries public blockchain data to locate and verify the transaction. This is an informational lookup only — PayzCore does not execute, authorize, or facilitate the underlying transaction.
  • Your Addresses, Your Custody: In all address modes, you provide all blockchain addresses. PayzCore monitors these addresses in watch-only mode. PayzCore cannot access, move, freeze, or control any funds at these addresses.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Registration is open to the public. A valid email address and email verification are required to activate your account. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, xPub keys, and any secrets provided to or generated by the Platform. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for prohibited activities.

5. Watch-Only Operation

Our Platform operates exclusively in watch-only mode:

  • You provide your extended public key (xPub) or manually provided static blockchain addresses to the Platform. When an xPub is provided, the Platform derives blockchain addresses using standard HD wallet derivation paths. When static addresses are provided, the Platform monitors them directly.
  • The Platform monitors these addresses (whether HD-derived or static) for incoming stablecoin transfers (USDT, USDC) by querying public blockchain APIs (TronGrid, Etherscan).
  • When a transfer is detected, the Platform sends a webhook notification to your configured endpoint.
  • The Platform never has access to your private keys, seed phrases, or any means to control or move your funds.
  • You retain full and exclusive control of your funds at all times.

6. Subscription Plans

We offer a free tier with limited features and a paid subscription ("Pro") plan with expanded capabilities. Subscription fees are payable in USDT cryptocurrency only.

Subscription fees are for access to the Platform's monitoring and notification features. They are not transaction fees, commissions, or charges related to any financial transactions detected by the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored at their current rate until the end of the billing period.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Facilitate, support, or participate in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal activity.
  • Monitor addresses or transactions for unlawful purposes.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
  • Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform.
  • Misrepresent the nature of our Services to any third party, including falsely claiming we process payments or handle funds.
  • Abuse, harass, threaten, or impersonate others through the Platform.
  • Use the Platform in connection with any sanctioned entity, person, or jurisdiction.

12. Limitation of Liability

Our Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Platform.
  • We are not responsible for any financial losses, missed transactions, delayed notifications, regulatory penalties, or legal consequences resulting from your use of the Platform.
  • Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any third-party services, APIs, blockchain networks, or infrastructure that our Platform interacts with.
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from blockchain network congestion, reorganizations, forks, or other blockchain-level events.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PayzCore, its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, or any third-party claims related to your use of information obtained through the Platform.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform will be immediately revoked, and you must cease all use of the Platform. Any unused subscription period will not be refunded unless required by applicable law.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior to termination.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Platform with at least 15 days' notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
